The department is comprised of a part time Fire Chief (32 hours), five (5) full time Firefighters, a part time Fire Inspector (16 hours), and twenty-five (25) On-call and Per Diem Firefighters.
Headquarters, which is located at 17 Little’s Lane, is staffed with one (1) full time Firefighter and one (1) Per Diem Firefighter, 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Additionally, there is a full time Firefighter (Operations Captain) on-duty during the week, Tuesday - Friday, and an additional Per Diem Firefighter on duty Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 8:00AM - 4:00PM.
In addition to the full time Firefighters and Per Diem members, Call Firefighters respond to the station from their homes or other locations to get the appropriate emergency vehicle/s and then respond accordingly.
