Hampstead School District

The Hampstead School District is happy to announce that we are now a single town SAU!  We are thrilled to officially welcome Mr. Robert Thompson as our Superintendent.  Mr. Thompson discussed his 90-day entry plan at the recent School Board Meeting, and he also emailed it out to all of the parents in our district.  If you are interested in reading his entry plan, please find it at this link.

Mr. Thompson would like to hear from anyone with questions, concerns, or personal goals for our school district.  He can be reached at thompsonr@hampsteadschools.net.  Please feel free to reach out to him as needed.

During the last school board meeting we also announced our new Assistant Principal for the Central School, Mr. Peter Schmidt. Mr. Schmidt is a Hampstead resident and is excited to serve in the community in which he lives.  Welcome Mr. Schmidt, we look forward to having you in our district.

The Central School renovation project is underway and is on schedule to be completed on time.  When you drive by, you might notice the fenced off areas and construction vehicles coming and going.  The renovation team continues to work hard to keep the town updated and the project moving forward. It will be wonderful to see the renovations when completed later this year.

It is an exciting time for our school district as we move forward and continue to strive for educational excellence. Thank You Hampstead for all your support. Learn more about what is going on in our district by visiting https://hampsteadschools.ss19.sharpschool.com/
